This powerful radio has a waterproof rating of IPX6 meaning it withstands jets of water from any direction thanks to its IPX6 waterproof compliance. As a result, the receiver can be safely used not only in cars, but also in other types of motor vehicles including marine and motorsports use. Just in case you want more protection from the outdoors, this receiver has a conformal coating to safeguard electronic circuits from harsh environments that may contain moisture or chemical contaminants. It also provides a barrier to airborne contaminants from the operating environment, preventing corrosion. The KD-MR1BTS also offers Rear View Camera Input Support, so with an optional camera connected, you can have increased safety while driving UTVs or marine vessels. The KD-MR1BTS also features playback for Android, iPod, iPhone, and Pandora control from your Bluetooth or a USB device.
