• Special cold temperature adhesive can be applied at temps as low as -10 degree Fahrenheit
• Bradylite reflective letters provide high visibility identification at night or during inclement weather

B997 Bradylite Reflective Letters 58940 / 5890-Y Letter "Y" size is 1-7/8" Height, 1-3/8" Width with 1-1/2" character height in yellow on black color. Average outdoor durability is 4-6 years (average expected outdoor life of product will depend on user definition of failure, and climatic conditions, mounting techniques and material color). B-997 bradylite reflective sheeting is used for utility plant markings applied outdoors in cold climates. B-997 bradylite reflective sheeting is designed to be applied at cold temperatures and it has excellent weatherability. Adhesive type is Pressure sensitive acrylic Class 4 (Fed. Spec. L-S-300). Substrate type is reflective sheeting 1 (Fed. Spec. L-S-300). Standard material colors are orange, white and yellow. Standard legend color is black. Tensile Strength (PSTC-31) 10 lb/inches (175 N/100mm). Elongation (PSTC-31) 10 percent. Adhesive properties are Adhesion to steel (PSTC-1) 15 Minute Dwell (Average), Destroys Tack (ASTM D 2979) (Average), 450 g (4.4 N) Drop Shear (PSTC-7) (Average) 30 Hours. Abrasion Resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. Federal Test Method Std. No. 191A) is CS-10 wheels, 250 g weights, Legend withstands up to 1000 cycles and substrate withstands up to 10,000 cycles. Gloss is 75 Gardner units.
