8574 is the CMOS circuit module, it can make the majority of MCU remote I/O expansion through two two-way bus. The device contains a 8 bit bi-directional port and a bus interface. Current consumption is low, and the output latch, with high current drive capability, can be directly driven by LED. It also comes with an interrupt connection that can be connected to the MCU interrupt logic. Through the INT to send the interrupt signal, the remote I/O port without having to communicate through the bus to inform the MCU whether there is data from the port input.
